At Mr. Johnsen, our passion for crab is rooted in tradition and craftsmanship. Working closely with a local producer on the Norwegian coast, we ensure that every crab is freshly processed just minutes from where it is caught — preserving the clean, delicate flavor of the Norwegian waters.
Our family farm, passed down through generations for over a century, allows us to maintain exceptional quality and traceability in every batch. Inspired by my global culinary journey as a chef, I created a line of premium crab products that combine Norwegian seafood excellence with international flavors.
I’ve spent much of my life as a ship’s cook, learning to turn the day’s catch into meals that warm both body and spirit.
